Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actor who became famous for her portrayal of strong, yet vulnerable characters. Linney was raised in a theatre family, her father Romulus Linney being a playwright. In 1986, she received her degree from Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. She appeared in the city on Broadway for the first time in 1990.
